During our field visit, we came across a woman, who talked to us about her little daughter with these sad words: "I don't mention anything to her... but when she sleeps, I cry for her and the pain she's going through at such a young age. I have a million questions in my head about how she's going to live and grow up without the hair she lost overnight... I avoid her eyes all the time so I don't break down and make her feel my pain." Sama is a little girl who lives in Gaza and witnessed the tanks storming their displacement camp. The fear she experienced resulted in her hair loss.
