Sadness and tragedy can be seen on Obaida's face. Obaida is a child with a winged scapula condition. Despite the three years of treatment, no improvement was observed in his condition. He is still in pain, and his mental state is deteriorating. The only thing Obaida wants is a normal childhood like the other kids of his age.
For Obaida's condition at this point, surgery is indicated. Due to the challenging circumstances of the family, they cannot secure the cost required for Obaida's operation, as the grandfather is the only breadwinner for Obaida and his siblings, and he can barely secure their daily livelihood.
