Fatima, born in 1970, has endured immense suffering since the onset of the war. Her ordeal began with arrest and torture, followed by the harsh realities of war, including bombings, the amputation of her son's leg, and injuries from shrapnel. She now lives as a displaced person in the city of Afrin with her family, facing extremely difficult conditions amid rising living costs and scarce job opportunities.
