A dark abyss that has swallowed tens of thousands of detainees, both above and beneath the ground.
Today, thousands of free innocent detainees who thought they had been forgotten or counted among the dead. They emerge with frail and exhausted bodies, scarred and wounded, suffering from mental illnesses.
And to what reality do they return? Homeless and without income, left to sleep on cold winter streets, facing harsh living conditions, severe psychological trauma, and even the inability to recognize their families due to memory loss.
It is our duty—at the very least—to extend our arms to our detained brothers and sisters, to ease their suffering and provide them with the most essential needs during this critical phase, starting with medical and basic living supplies.
