Ahmed (born in 1997) and his sister have both been completely disabled since birth. The family sought refuge in Turkey, hoping for a better life after experiencing the horrors of war and bombing. The family is in a dire financial situation, is impoverished, and is afflicted with disease and disability. The elderly father is unable to provide for his children.
