Moumen is in pain due to an inguinal hernia!

Moumen is a child who spreads joy wherever he goes. He was born with Down syndrome and is living with his big family in Lebanon after they got displaced from their home. He is in pain due to an inguinal hernia that caused him further complications. Therefore, he needs surgery as soon as possible.
