Illness prevents the father from working

The two young children, Taim and Islam, live with their parents and three siblings in harsh conditions. Their father’s illness and pain intensified forcing him to quit his job so that he can do a surgery to remove a mass in his armpit. The father neglected his health for long time because he was not able to afford treatment and was worried about his family's living conditions.
