Safaa, a refugee from Aleppo, now lives in Turkey's Şanlıurfa state. She is the breadwinner for her family of four people, and they live in a basic, ancient house affected by wetness. The family survives on aid, but it is not enough to satisfy even the most basic needs. Also, two of the kids have medical issues that necessitate therapy; one has a mucous cyst in the head, and the other requires treatment for chest bones.
