Four sick children and helpless father

The illness has taken a toll on the children of Mahmoud, all under the age of ten, leaving him unable to keep up with their accumulating medical debts day by day. For instance, his son Mohammed lost a kidney to cancer, sentenced to a life of hardship and robbed of his childhood. As if the physical pain and treatments were not enough, Mahmoud bears the burden of finding funds for their treatment, while looking at his helpless parents. His suffering has intensified as his belly swells. Mahmoud's father knocks on the doors of aid, hoping that compassionate people will consider his son Mohammed as their own and assist him in completing his treatment, along with his siblings, so they can regain the taste of childhood and live like their peers.
