Delayed Treatment Worsened Batoul’s Condition!

Batoul lives with her family in a simple home after being displaced from Homs. Her father, the sole provider, works as a daily laborer with very little income. Despite the many hardships they face, their greatest concern now is Batoul’s health. She suffers from autoimmune hemolytic anemia, and due to delays in her treatment, her condition has significantly worsened. While the family was displaced in Lebanon, the high cost of medical care made it impossible for them to afford treatment. After returning to Syria, they managed to get her admitted to a hospital for medical care and consultation, but she still needs essential medication that must be purchased.
