A Home Without a Father or Mother

Two young orphans, left to face life on their own after losing both their parents. Yahya tries to be the man of the house, even though he is still a child. He works whenever he can to provide food for himself and his younger brother, Ibrahim. But the hardships of life are heavier than they can bear, and many days pass without enough to eat. The home they live in barely qualifies as shelter—cracked, old walls, no electricity, and a tiny, worn-out room unfit for two children seeking protection from the cold and harshness of life. Today, Yahya and Ibrahim are a responsibility for all of us. Let us be their support after losing their parents, and give them a safe, dignified home where their childhood can be preserved.
