In a home without proper walls, little Mustafa lives with his family, worn down by poverty and deprivation. Their only provider is his brother Mahmoud, who relies on small, irregular jobs that barely cover their daily needs. Since birth, Mustafa has never known comfort, moving from one hospital to another due to persistent high fevers and an illness that remained a mystery for a long time. After extensive testing, it was discovered that he suffers from grade-four hydronephrosis on the right side and grade-three on the left.
