Salwa is a widowed mother caring for seven family members in a modest rented home, including four children, her elderly mother, and her ill sister. With four people in need of constant care, the family faces overwhelming medical and living expenses they cannot afford. Their only source of income is her son Mahmoud’s limited daily work, which barely covers even the most basic needs. As debt grows, Salwa’s hope is simply to secure medicine, rent, and a little stability for her family.
