A father fighting for his children

Zaher works repairing bicycles to provide for his family, but his modest income is barely enough to cover part of their needs. As days pass, debts continue to accumulate while he tries to keep his household standing despite all the difficulties. The hardest challenge Zaher faces is the illness of his twin daughters, who suffer from cerebral palsy and quadriplegia, which even prevents them from swallowing food. This forces him to constantly buy special milk on credit. Between caring for two sick children and providing for the rest of his family, he feels as if he is supporting two families in one home. Despite exhaustion and hardship, this father still holds onto hope, waiting for a helping hand to ease his heavy burden and allow him to care for his children with dignity.
