Between debt and medicine, a family looking for survival

Uncle Abdul Qader, a retired teacher, lives with his family in extremely difficult living conditions. They rely on a limited pension that barely covers their daily food, while debts continue to accumulate due to their inability to meet basic expenses, especially with no other provider. The situation becomes even harsher with multiple health issues affecting the family. Uncle Abdul Qader suffers from chronic illnesses and requires continuous medication. His wife is also ill and in need of ongoing treatment, as is their daughter, who has health problems that require regular medical follow-up.
