A young man with a fractured nose

Moa'ayed was born in 2002, with a fractured nose that causes severe pains by any touch or movement. His family living a serious tragedy since his father is deaf and mute, while his older two brothers are with an injured eye and injured arm. He needs a rhinoplasty surgery but he is standing alone and has no support except your good hearts.
