A cold morning from northern Syria. When we asked the children why are they sitting in the cold? They told us: it is still cold both inside and outside the tent.

They were hiding from the rain, under a tent, without any heating source to protect them from the cold. Despite their hardship, we saw their sweet smiles!

''We hold hands of each other so we can get warm. We are 3 siblings and we were displaced to live in a tent where we suffer from the cold weather all the time.''

The morning of thousands of refugee children in camps looks exactly like this! Every one of them is seeking warmth & it is our duty to give them a bit of attention in these cold days.
