2023年（令和5年）2月6日明け方に発生したマグニチュード7.8の大地震は甚大な 被害をシリア北部、トルコ南部へもたらしました。現在、トルコとシリアでは少 なくとも6,100人のシリア人の死者が確認されています。多くの建物が倒壊し、ほ とんどの人々はテント生活を送り、激しい寒さの中、多くの人々が長引く厳しい 生活を強いられています。 多くの人々が家を失ったとみられ、住まいの確保が緊 急の課題となっています。この状況にいち早く対応するため、日本在住のシリア 人と日本人で結成されたジャパンブリッジは、この大地震に対する義援金募集を スタートしました。第一の目標は10家族が耐えてきた絶望的な状況をできるだけ 早く改善し、コンクリート造りのシンプルな新居に移ってもらうことです。この 真新しいコンクリート造りの家は、トルコ及びシリアにてある慈善団体Molham team(モルハム・チーム)により提供されており、Molham teamはシリア領土内に居 住可能な施設を大きく拡大しようと懸命に活動しています。新たな住居を建てる には1棟あたり5000ドル(約670,000円)かかります。この度のジャパンブリッジの キャンペーンはMolham teamのwe can という国際キャンペーンの一環です。今の シリアには、皆様お一人お一人のお力添えがどうしても必要です。どうぞよろし くお願い致します。 Japan Bridge ジャパン ブリッジ A 7.8m earthquake hit Southern Turkey and north-west Syria on February 6th, 2023 and caused enormous damage to many cities near the Turkish-Syrian borders. More than 6100 Syrians in died in Turkey and in different parts of Syria (SNHR). Millions of people lost their homes, and securing housing is an urgent need now. Japan Bridge is a group of Syrians and Japanese volunteers who are willing to send the donations collected in Japan to a secure housing for the most vulnerable families in the most affected areas. Our target is to securing safe dignified concrete housing for 10 displaced families through our partners there. This fundraiser is a part of, “We Can,” a bigger reconstruction project initiated by our partner Molham Team to build 4000 apartments for the ones who lost their shelter during the Maraş Earthquake. They have recently built two residential projects, “Molham Village” and “Al Kout Compound,” and were able to successfully move hundreds of families from their scattered tents in north-west Syria to concrete apartments. Since it’s a non-profit, each apartment costs only $ 5000 (about 670,000 yen) and will provided for a family of 5 members average (Shelter Cluster)
