“I cannot play because I’m in pain and I don’t know if I will get better to go back to playing ” Mu'taz told us those heart-breaking words. The child who suffered a lot under the rubble after the earthquake was the most devastating and painful event he’s ever experienced. His brother Mohammad's words and the water he would bring him to stay alive were his sole remaining hope after losing his family. He developed compartment syndrome and unfortunately had to have his legs amputated, after staying under the rubble for 3 days! Our brave and patient child needs us to alleviate his pain and be by his side to provide him with a little part of the life he lost. To stand by this family’s side, help them, and alleviate their suffering, your donation will contribute to providing for the family’s needs and their living expenses as well as their children’s treatment.
