The convoys of dignity began their journey toward the abandoned villages, carrying with them the dreams of their people for a long-awaited return—dreams that have now become reality.
But despite the deep longing to come back, the residents were met with a reality heavier than expected; homes and roads remain buried under rubble and debris left by bombing and destruction. The high cost of clearing this rubble is beyond the means of most families, exhausted by years of displacement and poverty.
Today, the residents face two painful choices: either remain amidst the debris that blocks their return to normal life, or bear financial burdens they cannot afford to remove the ruins.
Committed to standing with them until the very last tent, we must support them and overcome the obstacles preventing life from returning to their villages—making this a true return with dignity. This is where the role of the “Molham” team began in this campaign: to lift the heavy cost of debris removal from the families and open a new door of hope for a dignified life amid safe homes and clean roads.
