Today, the Euphrates River has risen to its highest level in three decades. Its dams opened for the first time in over 30 years, flooding fragile homes, destroying crops, and putting bridges out of service. Families are left without shelter, food, or clean water.
Driven by our humanitarian responsibility, we launch the “Deir Ezzor Response” campaign to provide emergency shelter, distribute food baskets and clean drinking water, and extend a helping hand to families struck by flooding on top of wounds that have yet to heal.
