This family was displaced from rural Lattakia to a camp in Gaziantep, Turkey nine years ago. They could not get a tent for six months so they left for Antakia. Mr. Fayez works as a security worker in a school, and he is the only source of income for his family of nine. Ghaith, his 13-year-old son, has a complex medical history. He was at first diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and received treatment for seven years only to be told that he was misdiagnosed and has Behcet's syndrome so he was treated for that for a whole year. He was then diagnosed with chronic granulomatous disease and colon polyps. He needs to travel to Adana twice a week for treatment. His family cannot afford transportation costs, let alone the medical expenses. Your help is their only hope.
