Insaf is a mother of three children , living in Idlib . Her husband is working hardly as much as he can to maintain his family . But when she diagnosed with two cancerous masses in liver and breast , he spends all moneys he gets for her treatment . He was compelled to sell their furniture to provide the costs for three sessions of chemotherapy . Today , he is standing helpless , unable to provide the cost for the rest five sessions . As he wish that they will end up her suffer and heal up .
