Ahmad lives under challenging cirucmstances due to displacement and poverty. After his town was liberated, he was unable to return home which was destroyed by shelling, leaving him and his family stranded in the bitterness of displacement. They now live in an inadequately equipped home, struggling to afford rent.
Ahmad is the sole provider of two families living together under the same roof. Despite his advanced age, he still works tirelessly from morning 'till night, selling nuts from a small cart to support his loved ones. However, his struggles worsened when illness struck unexpectedly, burdening him with both pain and worry.
He suffered a heart attack and was rushed to the hospital for an emergency procedure, where he had to undergo urgent stent placements to save his life. But after the operation, he was devastated by the overwhelming medical costs. While he managed to secure part of the amount through generous donations, a significant balance remains unpaid.
