Alaa is trying to stay patient despite her pain, as she had a deep thrombosis in her right leg, and since then, she’s been walking through pain, coping with constant swelling, and a daily regimen of medication.
Her husband works for a low income, which barely covers their essential needs, certainly not enough to afford her treatment or relieve her suffering.
