Mohammad lives with his family in a home worn down by time—furniture falling apart, and a room so damaged it can no longer be used. In 2024, he was arrested while working at a furniture shop in Damascus. During his detention, he endured severe torture and beatings that left him with fractured bones, disfigured teeth, and wounds carved across his body. He was finally released on the day of liberation, carrying both visible and hidden pain. Meanwhile, his family struggles in a crumbling house that offers little comfort or safety. Today, Mohammad and his family urgently need support to regain a sense of stability and recover even a small part of what they’ve lost through years of hardship.
