In one of the devastated neighborhoods of Saraqib, Tahawil lives with her elderly husband in a house that is barely fit for living. Its walls are cracked, the roof is at risk of collapse, and there is no water or electricity.
After a long period of displacement, they returned hoping to rebuild their lives — only to find an empty home lacking the most basic necessities. Tahawil’s husband suffers from a mobility disability, and she now carries the full burden of daily survival amid severe hardship and the absence of a provider.
Today, this family urgently needs support to restore warmth to their home and bring a sense of safety back into their lives.
