Zainab and Omaima’s family lives in a modest home consisting of two rooms and its facilities, and its members face difficult living conditions due to the absence of a stable source of income. The father, Mohammad, works as a daily wage laborer, and his modest income is not sufficient to cover basic needs, especially with two daughters in the family who suffer from mobility impairments and speech difficulties. They are in constant need of special care, medical diapers, and food suitable for their condition. The family’s suffering is further compounded by the painful circumstances they previously endured, including the loss of family members due to shelling in 2013, in addition to the current health challenges. Today, the family is seeking a helping hand to secure basic necessities that would ease the burden of life and provide better care for the children.
