Hanan lost her husband in the war and struggles to raise three children under very difficult living conditions. Her eldest son suffers from a disorder and requires monthly treatment and medication beyond her means. Her middle son had to leave school to work and support the family with a very low income, while her youngest tries to continue his education in a home that lacks even the most basic necessities.
After years of displacement, Hanan returned to her destroyed home following the liberation, only to find it without doors, windows, or any essentials. Just walls that offer no protection from cold or fear.
