The family of Ahmad is living through tragic circumstances after his health deteriorated significantly. The father suffers from diabetes, and as complications worsened, doctors were forced to amputate his lower limbs. He is now also dealing with retinal detachment that threatens his vision. His condition has further declined due to past heavy shelling in their neighborhood, during which he suffered two heart attacks caused by fear and psychological stress, and lost his only brother in an airstrike. In these circumstances, his daughter Mona has become the sole provider for the family, trying to meet their needs despite the heavy responsibility. The burden grows even greater with her mother’s illness, as she suffers from high blood pressure and paralysis in her lower limbs that prevents her from moving. Between illness and overwhelming responsibility, Mona struggles to hold her family together, but today they need someone to stand by them and help ease this heavy burden.
