In a crowded settlement that lacks even the most basic necessities of life, Waheeba is living through a long series of tragedies that began with displacement and ended with the loss of her support system. She first lost her son-in-law, and later her husband passed away, leaving her alone to shoulder the responsibility of caring for seven family members.
Today, she is also battling a chronic illness that continues to weaken her health, while she struggles to provide food and medicine for her family under extremely harsh living conditions that offer no relief from her suffering.
Waheeba hopes for support to help secure her family’s basic needs and cover her medical expenses, in an effort to ease the heavy burden she continues to carry alone.
