Overview

The Senior MEAL Officer plays a central role in strengthening the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning functions across Molham programs.

Responsibilities

Lead development of MEAL frameworks and tools.

Supervise baseline and endline assessments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of MEAL experience in humanitarian settings.

Skills

Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, STATA, Power BI).
Strong report writing skills.
