Haneen is an orphan girl from Al-Qalamoun

Haneen was born on 5/1/2013 in Damascus Countryside. Her father passed away as a result of bombing their area in 2015. Her mother remarried and left her and her sister with their grandmother, who misses her deceased son and feels sorry about his orphaned daughters. They live together in a worn tent in Arsal and only have a card that helps them secure some foodstuffs. Haneen always wishes to be with her sister and grandmother in a warm house and in better living conditions. She also wants to continue her education and help her family.
