Shahd is a twelve-year-old girl. When she was five, she was diagnosed with diabetes and suffered an episode of unconsciousness and her heartbeat stopped. She underwent many medical tests and started a medical treatment. The delay in treatment worsens her condition and threatens her eyes due to high eye blood pressure. She also suffers from hearing loss and stomach digestion problems that requires special food. Shahid is in need of constant medical attention and treatment; her father, who works as a scrap collector, is not even able to secure food for his family.
