Mohammed's father was martyred due to the bombing of Idlib city when Mohammed was a year and a half old. He was injured by some shrapnel, which affected some tissues in his brain. Due to the war at that time, he did not receive the treatment he needed because of poverty and displacement, and his mother had no job or provider other than God.
