Abdul-Haq’s story began in 2012 when his family was forced to flee their home in the city of Al-Safira due to the war, eventually settling in rural Hama. In 2017, their home was bombed, and the family lost their father. They then moved to the city of Azaz before settling in Bzaa.
The mother and her three children face daily hardships, with the mother working in the fields to provide for her family. Abdul-Haq, who was once in fourth grade, had to leave school to support his family, despite his deep love for education and his wish to return to his studies. However, the harshness of life and the lack of support have made it impossible for him to go back without your help.
