Adoption is not an available option, since this is a matter that requires legal procedures that fall outside our scope of work, as well as regular follow up with the child post-adoption. In addition, most of the orphans registered in our lists live with their mother or one of their relatives. Hence, they need financial assistance and not a new family.

You can sponsor an orphan, a family, or an ill person for a minimum of 3 months, and there is no maximum period. For that, you can choose to subscribe to our recurring donation system, so the donation would be withdrawn from your account once every month, or you may otherwise make a one-time payment to cover several months.

You can email the sponsorships department at orphans@molhamteam.com to request to contact the sponsored party or to make visit if possible.

For what reasons a sponsorship may be cut off?

Accepted Answer

A sponsorship may be cut off for a variety of reasons, including:

- Improvement of the family's living conditions,

- The family traveling abroad or moving to an area not covered by the Team,

- Losing contact with the family.

In such case, the sponsor is notified that amounts in the sponsorship fund are transferred to another sponsorship, along with the subscription to recurring donations feature.
